It's Release Day, and that means we've got a brand new brew for you. This home grown offering has been dubbed Hop and Husk, and it's as smooth as the day is long.

We proudly can state that this beer is made with 90% hyper locally grown Ingredients!

First the Hop: We are very proud to introduce one of the first beers to ever use 100% Hoppin’ J’s Hop Farm Wet Cascade Hops. We brewed this beer with 60 pounds of hand harvested wet Cascade Hops grown only 10 minutes from New Sarum Brewing. This is such an exciting new addition to our hyper local brewing community! We cannot wait to use more of their amazing products in the future.

Second the Husk: This is referring to the malted barley we used to make this libation. 100% of the barley used came in the form of 2 row Pilsner from our friends at Carolina Malt House, Inc.. Over the last few years the team here at New Sarum Brewing and the team at Carolina Malt House have become great partners in the craft beer movement. Weather its touring their facility, “driving” a local farmer’s combine at harvest time, or testing new and innovated products, Carolina Malt House has and always will help us make the best beer humanly possible.
